The Titleist Performance Institute, also known as TPI, is a specialized training program designed to enhance the physical abilities and performance of golfers. Founded by Titleist, TPI golf fitness focuses on improving strength, flexibility, balance, and stability specific to the golf swing. The program incorporates exercises and assessments tailored to the individual golfer’s needs, targeting areas such as core strength, rotational power, and mobility.
By optimizing the body’s physical capabilities, TPI aims to help golfers improve their swing mechanics, generate more power, prevent injuries, and ultimately enhance their overall golf game.
As a TPI certified instructor, I offer numerous specialized services to improve a players performance, including comprehensive physical assessments (TPI screen), personalized training programs, injury prevention strategies, swing mechanics instruction, and collaboration with other professionals. By evaluating the golfer’s physical abilities, identifying limitations, and creating customized plans, I help you enhance core strength, flexibility, balance, and stability specific to the golf swing.
